The airport's main terminal is located at 491 Airport Road, Winchester, VA 22602.  It is open to the public daily from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.  It features a passenger seating area, pilot lounge, vending machines, water fountain, restrooms, pilot shop, and complimentary coffee and wi-fi.  An executive conference room is available for rent - inquire about rates.

The terminal is the primary pick-up location for Hertz and Enterprise rental car services and on-demand providers such as Uber and Lyft. Parking in the terminal lot is free of charge for airport users.
